Absolutely fantastic Sushi with a great personal feel to it as you can tell it is all hand rolled and the attention to the appearance seemed just as important to them as the taste! The Spicy Tuna was my favourite, the balance of flavours was spot on - the spice cutting through the rich fatty tuna.
