Nigiri

Seaweed and multiple fillings wrapped (inside-out), often topped with fish or vegetables
Temaki
Sushi that has been hand-wrapped in a cone shape
Futomaki
Similar to Hosomaki but bigger and with more fillings
Gunkan
A portion of rice in an oval shape wrapped in seaweed, with fish or vegetables as toppings on top
